1. Introduction
HEYA Company is a studio working across space, brand, objects, and cultural experiences.
By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
해야컴퍼니는 공간, 브랜드, 오브젝트, 그리고 문화적 경험 전반에 걸쳐 작업하는 스튜디오입니다.
당사의 서비스를 이용함으로써, 귀하는 다음의 약관에 동의하게 됩니다.
2. Services
We offer a range of design, branding, and business operation services, including but not limited to:
• Spatial design and production
• Brand strategy and identity design
• Product and object design
• Graphic design
• Digital content and marketing assets
• Business operations and event execution
• HR, tax, and legal coordination and management
The specific scope of work will be defined and agreed upon in a written project proposal or agreement
prior to the commencement of any project.
당사는 다음을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 다양한 디자인, 브랜딩 및 비즈니스 운영 서비스를 제공합니다.
• 공간 디자인 및 제작
• 브랜드 전략 및 아이덴티티 디자인
• 제품 및 오브젝트 디자인
• 그래픽 디자인
• 디지털 콘텐츠 및 마케팅 에셋
• 비즈니스 운영 및 이벤트 실행
• 인사·세무·법무 관리 및 관련 업무 조율
각 프로젝트의 구체적인 업무 범위는 프로젝트 착수 전에 서면 제안서 또는 계약서를 통해 정의되며,
상호 합의 후 진행됩니다.
3. Project Proposals and Approvals
Prior to the commencement of any project, a detailed written proposal outlining the scope of work,
deliverables, timelines, and applicable fees will be provided.
The project will begin only after the proposal has been formally approved by the client.
Any changes or additions to the agreed scope of work after approval may result in additional fees
and adjusted timelines, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
모든 프로젝트는 착수 전에 업무 범위, 산출물, 일정 및 비용이 명시된 상세 제안서를 제공합니다.
해당 제안서는 고객의 공식적인 승인 이후에만 프로젝트가 시작됩니다.
승인 이후 업무 범위에 대한 변경 또는 추가 요청이 있을 경우,
추가 비용 및 일정 조정이 발생할 수 있으며, 이는 사전에 안내 및 협의를 거쳐 진행됩니다.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees and payment terms will be outlined in each project proposal or agreement.
Projects involving production, construction, third-party services,
or HR, tax, and legal coordination may require advance payments prior to commencement.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods agreed upon in advance.
Late payments may result in adjustments to the project schedule.
프로젝트 비용 및 결제 조건은 각 프로젝트별 제안서 또는 계약서를 통해 안내됩니다.
제작, 시공, 외주, 인사·세무·법무 관련 비용이 포함된 프로젝트의 경우,
프로젝트 착수 전 선결제가 요구될 수 있습니다.
결제는 계좌이체, 신용카드 또는 사전에 협의된 기타 방식으로 진행됩니다.
결제가 지연될 경우 프로젝트 일정이 조정될 수 있습니다.
5. Revisions
Revisions are handled within the agreed scope of work.
Substantial changes or additional requests made after approval
may incur additional fees and schedule adjustments.
수정 사항은 사전에 합의된 업무 범위 내에서 진행됩니다.
승인 이후의 주요 변경 요청 또는 추가 작업은
추가 비용 및 일정 조정이 발생할 수 있습니다.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project progression, the client agrees to:
• Provide all necessary information, materials, and assets in a timely manner
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Review and approve deliverables according to the agreed schedule
원활한 프로젝트 진행을 위해 고객은 다음 사항에 협조해야 합니다.
• 필요한 자료 및 정보를 적시에 제공할 것
• 커뮤니케이션에 합리적인 기간 내 응답할 것
• 합의된 일정에 따라 산출물을 검토 및 승인할 것
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights to the final deliverables
will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
HEYA Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects
in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.
별도의 서면 합의가 없는 한, 최종 산출물에 대한 지적 재산권은
대금이 전액 지급된 이후 고객에게 이전됩니다.
해야컴퍼니는 완료된 프로젝트를
포트폴리오, 웹사이트 및 마케팅 자료에 소개할 권리를 보유합니다.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
If a project is cancelled after commencement, the client will be responsible
for payment of all work completed and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Payments made for completed work or incurred costs are non-refundable.
프로젝트 착수 이후 고객의 사유로 프로젝트가 취소될 경우,
취소 시점까지 진행된 작업 및 발생한 비용에 대해서는 비용이 청구됩니다.
이미 수행된 작업 및 발생한 비용에 대해서는 환불이 불가합니다.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information
shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.
양측은 프로젝트 진행 과정에서 공유된 모든 기밀 정보 및 민감한 정보를
법적 요구가 없는 한 제3자에게 공개하지 않습니다.
