At AI KOREA 2026 held in Seoul, we performed the entire process of World's brand event operation planning, booth design and installation, on-site process design, and operation, attracting approximately 1,100 active visitors over three days at a single 3x3m booth and clearly delivering the brand's core message.
Going beyond mere visual styling to fill the booth space, we meticulously designed the operational flow of the site to ensure visitors could intuitively understand the essence of the brand and naturally participate, even within a complex and crowded exhibition hall.
By designing the flow so that those in the space could fully focus on the brand, over the course of the 3-day event, approximately 1,100 visitors signed up for the brand's services and participated in the booth events—far exceeding original expectations. This organic response caught the attention of both the organizers and other exhibiting companies, leading to meaningful results including new proposals for collaboration.



We thought deeply about how to maximize the brand's aesthetic appeal and secure efficient movement flows within the limited 3X3 booth space. To achieve this, we utilized a structure symbolizing the brand at the front, providing a warm and human visual point within the technology-focused exhibition hall to emphasize a differentiated impression.



Amidst the booths dominated by a cold uniformity, we densely arranged warm-toned lighting and designed touchpoints to ensure friendly explanations and interactions flowed naturally. This served as a solid medium that lowered psychological barriers toward the brand and allowed visitors to absorb its true values more intimately.
